2023 – Ohio State facilitates peer-to-peer engagement, collaborative learning opportunities, and reducing recidivism though campus-wide compost expansion.

University of Pittsburgh

2023 – University of Pittsburgh diverts food waste from campus dining locations and off-campus restaurants to local hunger-fighting organizations.

Virginia Wesleyan University

2023 – Virginia Wesleyan University implements a composting program at the campus’ dining facility.

Chapman University

2022 – Increases awareness about post-consumer waste by collecting all the uneaten food from Randall Dining Commons for a lunch period and weighing it.

Clemson University

2022 – Organics Recovery program began as a student initiative and has expanded into a multi-departmental effort to capture organic waste from dining halls, sports arenas, academic buildings, and student housing.
