Report Your Data

Competition Data Reports

Campuses participating in the four main categories, Diversion, Per Capita Recycling, Reduce Food Loss by Rescuing and Diverting Food Waste from Landfills/Incineration are required to complete data reports for Weeks 1 through 8. Pre-season weeks 1 and 2 are encouraged, but not required. Click on the relevant links below to report your data each week. Data will be collected during week 8 for the GameDay Basketball and Electronics Recycling categories. 

Campuses are required to choose one reporting option: "Option 1" or "Option 2" each week of the official competition, February 1 through March 28, 2026. 

• Pre-Season Week 1 (January 18 - 24) - report due January 27, 2026
• Pre-Season Week 2 (January 25 - January 31) - report due February 4, 2026
• Week 1 (February 1-7) - report due February 11, 2026
  • Option 1: Report your waste data for Week 1
  • Option 2: Participating, not reporting data. This option is for competition participants that do not have any data to report for this week, but will continue to participate in the competition and report their data as soon as it's available. Please do not enter in placeholder data. 
• Week 2 (February 8-14 - report due February 18, 2026
  • Option 1: Report your waste data for Week 2
  • Option 2: Participating, not reporting data. This option is for competition participants that do not have any data to report for this week, but will continue to participate in the competition and report their data as soon as it's available. Please do not enter in placeholder data. 
• Week 3 (February 15-21) - report due February 25, 2026
  • Option 1: Report your waste data for Week 3
  • Option 2: Participating, not reporting data. This option is for competition participants that do not have any data to report for this week, but will continue to participate in the competition and report their data as soon as it's available. Please do not enter in placeholder data. 
• Week 4 (February 22 - February 28) - report due March 4, 2026
  • Option 1: Report your complete waste data for Week 4.
  • Option 2: Participating, not reporting data. This option is for competition participants that do not have any data to report for this week, but will continue to participate in the competition and report their data as soon as it's available. Please do not enter in placeholder data. 
• Week 5 (March 1 - 7) - report due March 11, 2026 (reporting links coming soon)
• Week 6 (March 8 - 14) - report due March 18, 2026 (reporting links coming soon)
• Week 7 (March 15 - 21) - report due March 25, 2026 (reporting links coming soon)
• Week 8 (March 22-28) - report due April 13, 2026 (reporting links coming soon)
